Neels
Neels has 20+ years’ experience in the HVAC-R industry. He is the general and project manager for Kaitaia and the wider area, your one stop guy for all things HVAC-R.
Belinda
Belinda oversees the accounts and administration, scheduling and inquiries, and she keeps the techs in line and on time.
Marthinus
Marthinus (T.J) runs the day to day for our Kerikeri and Whangarei branches and wider areas. He’s your man for project estimation and HVAC-R design.
Cornelius
Cornelius (C.C). is your installations and service technician in the Kaitaia and wider area. You’ll notice his excellent attention to detail and work ethic when he’s on the job.
Ivan
Ivan is our service technician for the Kaitaia area. He takes care of installation and maintenance of heating and cooling equipment and is our in-house photographer.
Sean
Sean is our heat pump installer and service technician, servicing the Whangarei and wider area. With a can-do attitude, he’ll help you find the best solution for heating and cooling.

Arapo recently joined the Scheepers Refrigeration Family. Being a wrestler, choosing the HVAC-R industry as a profession came naturally.
